• Charity Humbles

    Food Services Manager

Charity Humbles moved to New Mexico from North Carolina in 2020 to join the staff of Four Corners Home for Children as the house parent in the House of Hope. Sincc then, she has served in numerous areas and is currently the Food Services Manager. Charity takes great pride in being the best aunt and great aunt to her nieces and nephew! Charity loves ministering at church, spending time with friends, playing and teaching the piano, and of course, chocolate and southern sweet tea! Charity is also a closet North Carolina Tar Heels fan, which she hides from her supervisor, because she truly loves her job…

  • Hope Humbles

    Director of Education

Hope Humbles moved from eastern North Carolina to work at Four Corners Home for Children in 2000. She served as the house parent in the short-term placement home, the House of Hope until accepting a teaching position with the Navajo Nation in 2006. Hope returned to Four Corners Home for Children in 2020 as Childcare Coordinator and currently serves as the Director of Education. A true grammar czar (and proud of it to our dismay). Hope enjoys playing board games with her daughter, reading historical fictions and biographies, as well as scrapbooking and visiting museums.

  • Carol Kittle

    Executive Assistant

Carol Kittle, aka, Mimi, came to Four Corners Home for Children with her husband, Roger, in 2015, from Rossville, Georgia. Carol works in our office and Hospitality House, and volunteers in the children’s home when needed. Carol and Roger also teach music to our students. They are the proud parents of two children and Mimi and Poppy to seven grandsons. Carol loves quilting and painting rocks and is famous for her southern sweet tea (and southern accent!)

  • Roger Kittle

    Campus Chaplain & Chief Piddler

Roger Kittle, aka, Poppy, came to Four Corners Home for Children with his wife, Carol, in 2015 from Rossville, Georgia, where he had pastored the same church for 19 years. Roger is Four Corners Home for Children’s Campus Chaplain and volunteers his time holding art classes and teaching the children how to play the ukulele. Roger helps with campus building projects and fills in for house parents when needed. Roger and Carol have two children, and seven grandsons. When Roger is not working, you can find him leading discipleship small groups, or piddling..

  • Charles Kittle

Head of Business Administration & Security

After 29 years in the Navy, Charles Kittle continues his life of service here at Four Corners Home for Children. This devoted father from Fort Oglethorpe, GA, began work here as our lead teacher at the Academy for Excellence in August 2023. He is now rocking it as our Head of Administration & Security, which is no small task. Adding Charles and his sons Caleb and Levi to the mix, our cup runneth over with Kittles.

  • Jason Nichols

    Director of Development

Jason Nichols, often mistaken for one of the Duck Dynasty clan, is a Texas native, having moved to New Mexico from Wisconsin in 2021 after living and working there for 11 years. He joined the FCHC team in January of 2025 to serve as the Director of Development. Jason started volunteering with Christian ministries in 2022, and since then, his desire for God's work has grown, leading him to partner with Four Corners Home for Children for some of our fishing events! Through Jason's volunteer work, we saw his heart for Christ, and that, coupled with his professional experiences, proved to be just what we were looking for in our next Director of Development. Jason is an avid hunter and fly-fisherman, which becomes apparent within minutes of meeting him. After being involved with the national organization Blast & Cast for two years, Jason was named as a chapter leader for New Mexico. When Jason is not working, you can find him somewhere in the Great Outdoors.

  • Annette Reich

    President

Annette Reich moved to New Mexico from Kentucky in 1999 to join Four Corners Home for Children as a house parent in the House of Faith. She then served in marketing, and as on-air talent for Vertical Radio, before taking the role of Director of Children & Family Services. In 2019, the Four Corners Home for Children Board of Directors elected her President of Four Corners Home for Children. Annette is an avid sports fan which most people discover within five minutes of meeting her. She is a rabid Duke basketball fan and also roots for anyone playing against North Carolina. Annette is married to Pastor Chuck Reich, which requires her to pull down a secondary full-time job trying to keep up with his schedule.

  • Chuck Reich

    Navajo Nation Outreach Coordinator

Chuck Reich moved to New Mexico from Florida in 2019 to join his wife, Annette, in ministry at Four Corners Home for Children. A self-proclaimed Florida fish-out of-water in the New Mexico desert, Chuck is an evangelist and ordained pastor, currently pastoring at Fruitland Christian Fellowship. Chuck leads Celebrate Recovery classes on at FCHC’s House of Mercy on Tuesday nights, and ministers to the Navajo people in their communities Chuck also produces and hosts Answering the Call television series, seen on Overcomers TV.Live. Chuck has a real heart for evangelism/discipleship and has a passion for teaching the Bible. Together, Chuck and Annette have seven children and ten perfect grandchildren. In Chuck’s spare time, he enjoys… oh, wait, he doesn’t have any spare time!

  • Amanda Richesin

House Mom in House of Faith

Mandy is a Farmington native who joined Four Corners Home for Children in May, 2024 as House Mom for our House of Faith. She has served in children’s ministry and worship, and is also co-leader (with her husband Isaiah) of a young adult’s small group at Day3 Church. Mandy was seeking the Lord’s direction in ministry when God used a question from her husband to spark a conversation about joining FCHC as House Parents. Mandy loves her plants and her coffee. She has mad organizational skills, and loves serving with her church family, but nothing equals her passion to care for children.

  • Isaiah Richesin

House Dad in House of Faith

Isaiah is the House Dad for the children in our House of Faith, and also brings much experience to our maintenance team. Isaiah made his way to Four Corners Home for Children in April 2024 as part-time maintenance help. It didn’t take him long to tell his wife, Amanda, all about FCHC. Isaiah has a huge heart for others, and he loves children! Isaiah serves at Day3 Church in several capacities including leading a young adult’s small group alongside his wife. He has spent most of his life right here in Farmington. A coffee aficionado and master on the grill, Isaiah has many gifts and talents to add to the team at FCHC. Oh, and we can’t forget about two other additions to the House of Faith - Rocky and Booster, both adored by the children!

  • Christina Reich

    Assistant House Mom

Christina Reich recently joined the FCHC family to serve as the Assistant House Mom in the House of Faith. Arriving fresh from South Florida, Christina quickly recognized that New Mexico is just like Florida, only different – lots of sand and sun, but no water. Christina has a heart for God’s children and anything that smells like vanilla, toasted marshmallows or a big, warm cookie. Christina is very stylish and has an eye for fashion, which leaves some of us wondering why she is working in a children’s home…
